Mihashira Shrine, located in Mihashi Town, Yanagawa City, Fukuoka Prefecture, is a historic and scenic Shinto shrine that honors three historical figures: Tachibana Muneshige, the first lord of the Yanagawa Domain; his wife Gin Chiyo; and his father-in-law, the famous Sengoku-era general Bekki Dosetsu.

Originally established in the Edo period, the current shrine was relocated to its present site in 1826. The architectural style draws inspiration from Nikko Toshogu and Itsukushima Shrine, blending grandeur with traditional elegance. The shrine is especially popular during spring for cherry blossom viewing and hosts the vibrant autumn festival “Onigie” each October.
