Shang Shun Leisure World

Shang Shun World (尚順育樂世界), located in Toufen City, Miaoli County, is one of the most iconic large-scale development projects in recent years. It was initiated by Shang Shun Development Co., Ltd., founded by former Miaoli County Council Deputy Speaker Chen Ming-chao. The entire site, situated in the core area of the Toufen urban planning district, covers more than 50,000 pings and was developed in three phases. Designed by renowned architect Lin Ming-e, the complex integrates entertainment, shopping, accommodation, and leisure facilities, aiming to create the largest commercial and recreational hub in the Miaoli region.

The second phase of the project is Shang Shun World of Entertainment, which mainly consists of three major buildings: Shang Shun Amusement Park (尚順育樂天地), Shang Shun Shopping Center, and Shang Shun Junsun Hotel. The facilities began opening in stages starting in 2015 and quickly became a popular landmark in downtown Toufen, offering a new destination for family tourism.

Shang Shun Amusement Park is an indoor theme park with six floors and ceiling heights ranging from 6 to 10 meters. It features 11 themed attractions and 2 specialty halls, equipped with advanced simulation systems developed by Brogent Technologies. The park offers immersive multi-sensory experiences that stimulate vision, hearing, smell, touch, and motion, emphasizing interactive entertainment combined with technology. Since it is indoors, the park operates year-round regardless of weather, making it one of the few large-scale indoor amusement parks in central Taiwan that is ideal for both families and tourists.
