Online Image Mosaic Tool

This image mosaic tool lets you upload an image in the browser, drag over the area you want to hide, and apply mosaic, blur, or solid color masking. It supports rectangular and elliptical selections, making it useful for quickly covering faces, license plates, personal information, or any part of an image you do not want to publish.
