The Tainan Children's Welfare Service Center (abbreviated as the Children’s Center and commonly known as the Children’s Hall) is located in Anping District, Tainan City. It is a space designed for children under the age of 12 and their caregivers to play and learn together. Upholding the philosophy of "love and service," the center is dedicated to nurturing children with compassion, honesty, respect, and a sense of responsibility. Through games and interactive activities, it aims to promote parent-child relationships and holistic child development.

The Children’s Hall is situated on the third and fourth floors of the Social Welfare Complex Building and features nearly 20 themed play areas. The third floor includes zones such as the role-play area, toddler playroom, block construction area, and Tainan Culture Hall, allowing children to learn life skills and local culture through play. The fourth floor offers a parent-child reading area, karaoke room, foot-powered car fun park, and a dark maze, encouraging sensory exploration and parent-child interaction.
