GLORIA OUTLETS

Gloria Outlets (華泰名品城), located next to Taoyuan High-Speed Rail Station in Zhongli District, Taoyuan City, is the largest open-air American-style shopping center in Taiwan. It was developed in collaboration between Cathay Life Insurance and Gloria Hotel Group, and completed in three phases.

The first phase opened on December 18, 2015, welcoming 102 international and domestic brands, officially bringing the international outlet shopping atmosphere to Taoyuan. The second phase opened on December 22, 2016, adding another 65 brands to expand shopping options. The third phase began construction in August 2017 and opened on May 8, 2019, ultimately bringing in more than 280 brands in total, making it a major hub for luxury and leisure shopping in northern Taiwan.

Beyond premium shopping, the Gloria Outlets site was further developed into the Cathay Real Estate Plaza Taoyuan, a large-scale mixed-use entertainment complex. Opened on August 7, 2020, it features the overseas branch of the Yokohama Hakkeijima Aquarium Xpark, the Shin Kong Cinemas, and the Cathay Hospitality Hotel, transforming the area into a multifunctional commercial district that integrates shopping, leisure, entertainment, dining, and accommodation.
