The Shinjuku Toho Building is a mixed-use complex located in Kabukicho, Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan, managed by the Toho Company. Officially opened on April 17, 2015, the building stands on the former site of the Shinjuku Koma Theater and the Shinjuku Toho Kaikan, and serves as a key part of the area’s urban redevelopment project.

The building comprises 30 above-ground floors and one basement level, with a total floor area of approximately 54,735 square meters. The basement is designated for parking and bicycle storage. The first and second floors feature retail shops, restaurants, and arcade facilities, offering a variety of entertainment and shopping options.

From the third to sixth floors, and from the eighth floor to the top, the space is occupied by the Toho Cinemas Shinjuku, one of the area's major movie theaters, drawing many film enthusiasts. On the eighth floor, the Hotel Gracery Shinjuku opened on April 24, 2015, providing accommodations for tourists visiting Kabukicho.

The most iconic feature of the Shinjuku Toho Building is the life-sized Godzilla head made of Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GRC), placed next to the hotel lobby on the eighth floor. Its imposing design has become a landmark symbol of the Kabukicho district. The building’s exterior design blends historical and modern aesthetics: the lower levels retain the theater-inspired facade, taking cues from stage curtains, while the upper hotel levels are styled as a "monolithic stone," with room lights at night twinkling like pixels to create a distinctive visual effect.
