Prohibited Activities
All content and information presented in this service (including but not limited to text, images, music, sounds, videos, maps, icons, software, code, and other materials), as well as the system architecture supporting these contents, are owned by Tripo or legally licensed to Tripo by third parties. Except for the content you upload yourself, you may not modify, copy, transmit, distribute, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, sell, or resell any data, software, products, or services obtained through this service.
Furthermore, you agree not to engage in the following actions:
Unauthorized Commercial Use: Using this service or its content for any unauthorized commercial purpose, or beyond the scope of this Agreement and Tripo’s usage guidelines.
Unauthorized Data Access: Using automated tools (such as crawlers or bots) or manual methods to extract or use large amounts of content from the service, especially other users’ personal data or photos, without Tripo’s prior written consent.
Circumventing Access Restrictions: Attempting to bypass technical restrictions or security mechanisms, such as ignoring “no automated access” indicators, hacking systems, or otherwise trying to override access controls.
Overloading the System: Performing any action that places an unreasonable or excessive burden on Tripo’s system architecture, as determined solely by us.
Deep Linking: Creating links to any page within the service other than the homepage without authorization (i.e., deep linking).
Content Embedding: Embedding, mirroring, or otherwise incorporating the service’s content into other websites or platforms without explicit authorization from Tripo.
Reverse Engineering and Modification: Modifying, translating, decompiling, disassembling, rewriting, or performing any reverse engineering activities related to Tripo’s systems.
Tampering with Security Mechanisms: Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with any of the service’s security features, such as those preventing unauthorized downloading or copying of content.
Unauthorized Downloads: Downloading any content without explicit permission where Tripo has not designated the content as downloadable.
Use of Reviews, Comments, and Other Interactive Areas; License
We welcome your feedback. Please note that when you provide content to or through the service—whether by email, any Tripo synchronization product, other services or apps, or any other method—such as reviews, questions, photos or videos, messages, suggestions, or ideas, you grant Tripo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to:
(a) Use, reproduce, modify, operate, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, create derivative works from, publicly display, and perform your content in any media now known or later developed worldwide;
(b) Make your content available globally and allow others to use it;
(c) Provide, promote, and improve the service and share your content with other companies, organizations, or individuals for syndication, broadcast, distribution, promotion, or publication (subject to our Privacy Policy and this Agreement);
(d) Use any name and/or trademark submitted with your content.
You understand that Tripo may, at its discretion, choose whether or not to provide attribution for your content. You further authorize Tripo to pursue legal action for any violations involving rights related to your content as defined in this Agreement. You understand and agree that your content is non-confidential and non-proprietary. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to publish and otherwise use (and authorize Tripo to publish and otherwise use) your content as permitted under this Agreement.
If you retain moral rights (including attribution and integrity) in your content, you hereby declare that, to the extent permitted by law:
(a) You will not require any personally identifiable information to be included in or on any content or its derivative works, upgrades, or updates;
(b) You will not object to Tripo or its licensees, successors, and assigns publishing, using, modifying, deleting, or exploiting your content;
(c) You permanently waive and agree not to assert any and all moral rights of authorship in your content;
(d) You permanently waive any claims against Tripo or its licensees, successors, and assigns regarding such moral rights.
Please note that any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used at any time without an obligation of confidentiality.
The service may include discussion forums, bulletin boards, review services, travel updates, or other platforms (“interactive areas”) where you may post content such as reviews, messages, materials, or other items. If Tripo provides such areas, you are solely responsible for your use of them and assume all risks. Tripo does not guarantee confidentiality for any content you provide.
If any private communication channels are provided between Tripo entities and account holders, you agree that such entities may monitor the content to help protect our community and services. You understand that Tripo does not edit or control user messages posted or distributed through the service and bears no responsibility for such content. However, if Tripo determines that content violates this Agreement or needs removal to protect other users or the service, Tripo reserves the right to delete it without notice.
If you disagree with the removal of your content, you may contact Tripo via the Help Center. By using any interactive area, you agree to submit only content that complies with Tripo’s posting guidelines, which are effective upon submission.
You expressly agree not to post, upload, transmit, distribute, store, create, or publish any content that:
Is false, illegal, misleading, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, harassing, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable;
Promotes discrimination or hatred toward any group, race, gender, or religion;
Encourages or instructs illegal activities, including but not limited to making weapons, spreading viruses, or stealing data;
Infringes on others’ intellectual property rights, including unauthorized distribution of copyrighted music, software, videos, or images;
Sends spam, chain letters, or any form of advertisements;
Impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation with Tripo;
Posts unauthorized personal information such as addresses, phone numbers, or emails;
Distributes malware, viruses, or harmful content;
Is unrelated to the interactive area’s topic or otherwise deemed inappropriate by Tripo.
Tripo assumes no legal responsibility for content posted, stored, or uploaded by you or others and is not liable for damages arising therefrom. Tripo operates as a platform provider and is not obligated to screen, monitor, or edit any posted content.
However, Tripo reserves the right to remove, modify, or translate any content at its discretion without prior notice. You are responsible for backing up your submissions and covering any related replacement costs.
By using interactive areas, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to comply with these terms. In case of violation, Tripo may suspend or terminate your access to interactive areas and/or this service.
Disclaimer
This section defines the scope and limitations of Tripo’s liability for issues arising from your use of the service. If you have any questions regarding this or other sections of the Agreement, please consult a legal professional before using the service.
The information, software, products, and services provided by Tripo may contain errors, including incorrect booking details or pricing. Tripo does not guarantee the accuracy of information related to accommodations, experiences, airlines, cruises, restaurants, or other travel products, and bears no responsibility for such inaccuracies (including but not limited to prices, availability, images, facilities, descriptions, reviews, and ratings). Tripo reserves the right to correct errors and cancel bookings made under incorrect pricing.
Tripo makes no representations regarding the suitability of the website or service. The inclusion of any product or service information, whether awarded or reviewed by users, does not constitute Tripo’s recommendation or guarantee. All information, software, products, and services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, ownership, or non-infringement. Tripo also does not guarantee that the service or materials (including emails) are free from viruses or harmful components.
Additionally, Tripo makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or ownership of content provided through the service.
You assume all risks associated with the use of the service. In no event shall Tripo (including its officers, employees, and partners) be liable for any form of damages (including direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential, or loss of revenue, profit, goodwill, data, contracts, or business interruption) arising from use or inability to use the service. This includes but is not limited to damages caused by:
Reliance on service information, reviews, or opinions
Viruses, errors, or malicious programs
Websites, products, or services obtained through the service
Injury or property damage from use of servers
Loss of personal or financial data
Information errors or omissions
Any other damage resulting from access to or use of the service
This applies even if Tripo or its partners were advised of the possibility of such damages.
The limitations of liability in this Agreement reflect a fair allocation of risk between you and Tripo and remain valid even if any remedy fails its essential purpose. These limitations are necessary for Tripo’s reasonable business operation.
Nothing in these terms affects non-excludable legal rights, such as those provided under consumer protection laws in certain jurisdictions. If local law does not allow certain limitations, such limitations shall not apply; however, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the disclaimers remain effective.
