1.1 This Policy applies to personal data of Tripo members, prospective customers (e.g., those who inquire about products or participate in marketing activities), and partners (e.g., affiliates, creators), as well as personal data we collect through the Tripo website (i.e., any data relating to an identifiable natural person).

Some itineraries or services may require sensitive data (e.g., dietary preferences, health-related information), which we will handle in accordance with this Policy.

    • Payment and financial data: credit card information or information for other payment methods.

    • Refund documentation: depending on the reason for cancellation or refund, this may include medical or kinship certificates, etc.

  • Partner information: basic and contact details such as identification, characteristics, employment information; qualification review materials; payout account information.

  • Customized itinerary inquiry data: identification and contact information.

  • Event participation data: identification and characteristic information required for surveys, contests, quizzes, and lotteries.

  • Customer service inquiry data: identification and contact information; phone communications may be recorded in full.

  • We may obtain data regarding your interactions with Tripo from third-party platforms (e.g., likes/comments on social fan pages).

3.3 Automatically Collected via Online Behavior

4.2 Order management (performance/termination of contract): itinerary booking, product shipment, payment processing, providing order notifications and necessary communications; processing refunds and qualification reviews in cancellations/refunds; and providing necessary data to suppliers or merchants.
4.3 Partner management: qualification review, necessary business communications, remuneration payments, and product recommendations; depending on product needs, we may place orders on your behalf or provide information to suppliers/merchants.
4.4 Customized itinerary planning: designing product combinations and communicating per your needs; providing product information from time to time.
4.5 Event management: event communications and limited disclosure when necessary (e.g., winner accounts), prize delivery, statutory reporting, and product recommendations.
4.6 Customer service: responding to inquiries/complaints and handling cases; when necessary, providing information to suppliers, merchants, or commissioned providers (e.g., payment and logistics). In case of disputes or potential disputes, communications (including emails and call recordings) may be used as supporting evidence.
4.7 Product marketing: sending marketing information to members, partners, or prospective customers with whom we have interacted, or placing ads on third-party platforms.
4.8 Transactional/notification messages: in compliance with platform rules and your settings, we may send important order-related notifications (non-advertising) via communication apps (e.g., LINE). You can adjust your preferences within the app.
4.9 Research, statistics, and analysis: surveys; analysis of usage behavior; performance optimization; assessing product preferences and trends; recommending products you may be interested in.
4.10 Exercise of rights / legal obligations: claims or defenses in cases such as consumer disputes, default, infringement, or crime, and fulfillment of legal obligations.
4.11 Other purposes: with the data subject’s consent; as expressly required by law; to advance the public interest; to prevent risks to life, body, liberty, or property; to prevent significant harm; or where beneficial to the data subject.

Where feasible, we will ask you to avoid entering personally identifiable information. 6.1 We use reliable cloud storage services; depending on where products or services are provided, data may be transferred to Tripo affiliates or local suppliers/merchants.

Tripo will retain or use your personal data while the purposes of collection described above still exist. If you stop using the service or your membership is terminated/withdrawn, unless otherwise required by law, we will retain necessary data in a de-identified or otherwise anonymized form.

8.2 We take reasonable steps with commissioned suppliers/merchants to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
8.3 We carefully select and, via contracts and other means, require commissioned processors to implement data security.
8.4 While we take reasonable security measures, networks and electronic storage cannot be absolutely secure; we cannot guarantee data will never be compromised.
