The Nanfang’ao Bridge, located in Su’ao Township, Yilan County, Taiwan, is a crucial bridge spanning the Nanfang’ao Fishing Port. It not only connects the area's ring road system but has also become a well-known landmark of Nanfang’ao.

Originally constructed in 1976 and officially named the “Fishing Port Channel Overpass,” the bridge was nicknamed the “Humpback Bridge” due to its prominent arched shape. It was dismantled in April 2000, and to improve accessibility for fishing vessels, a new bridge using a bifurcated single steel arch design was constructed just north of the original site in June 1998. This new structure was officially named the Nanfang’ao Bridge.

However, on October 1, 2019, the bridge suffered a catastrophic collapse, drawing widespread public concern. The Ministry of Transportation and Communications oversaw the demolition and reconstruction of the bridge. The new bridge was completed and reopened to traffic on December 18, 2022.
