Okinawa World, one of the top tourist attractions that encapsulates the charm of Okinawa, is a comprehensive facility where visitors can experience a variety of Okinawan culture and natural beauty all in one place.
It features Gyokusendo, a stunning limestone cave formed over approximately 300,000 years and stretching about 5 kilometers in total length (with 890 meters open to the public), offering a glimpse into the mysterious power of nature. There's also the Habu Museum Park, the only place in the world dedicated to unveiling the secrets of the habu snake, providing a wealth of ecological knowledge.
In addition, the park has relocated traditional houses with over a hundred years of history, recreating the streetscape of the Ryukyu Kingdom era. It offers hands-on workshops where visitors can experience traditional crafts and culture firsthand. You can also visit Nanto Brewery to taste and purchase unique habu liquor and locally brewed Okinawan craft beer.
Every day, the park hosts the dynamic “Super Eisa Drum Show,” a powerful traditional performance and one of the most popular entertainment programs in the facility.
