Sanqi Beautiful Trail (Yilan Mr. Brown Avenue)

Sanqi Village in Dongshan Township relies primarily on rice cultivation as its main source of income. The narrow paths through the fields still retain their simple and rustic charm. Just before the rice harvest, vast expanses of golden rice sway in the wind, creating a picturesque rural scene that attracts many photography enthusiasts and travelers, gradually making it a renowned tourist destination.
This path winding through the rice fields stretches about two kilometers long and five meters wide, located between Fengzun Temple and Xiesong Road in Sanqi Village. Along the route are nine S-shaped curves, yet no utility poles are in sight, offering a wide and unobstructed view. From early May to the end of June, during the rice ripening season, the entire road resembles a giant dragon coiled in golden fields. Whether walking or cycling, visitors can fully enjoy the rural scenery; venturing into the narrow ridges between the fields offers an even stronger sense of the rich fragrance of rice and the earthy aroma of the soil.
